Former Free State premier Ace Magashule’s lawyer is set to cross-examine Mpumalanga Hawks head, Nicholas Gerber. Gerber was the second witness in the trial-within-a-trial, which seeks to determine whether the Bloemfontein High Court has jurisdiction to hear the case against Magashule’s former PA, Moroadi Cholota.
